Things people ask before they call us.
If your question isn't here, just call. 214-444-3721. We pick up.
How fast can you get a truck on my freight?
Out of DFW: most truckloads we cover same day if you call before noon, next morning otherwise. Expedited (sprinter or team driver) we have rolling in about 90 minutes. Reefer and flatbed sometimes take a few extra hours depending on equipment availability that day.
What do you need to give me a real quote?
Six things: pickup zip, delivery zip, weight, equipment type, ready date, and anything weird about the freight. Hazmat? Oversize? Temperature requirement? Tight delivery window? Tell us upfront and the quote holds.
Truckload vs LTL - which one do I want?
Under 6 pallets and under 5,000 lbs: usually LTL. 6 to 12 pallets: partial. 12+ pallets or over 15,000 lbs: full truckload. If your freight is fragile, time-sensitive, or high-value, lean truckload even when LTL math says otherwise. Less handling, fewer claims.
Do you book reefer freight?
Daily. Frozen, fresh, produce, pharma, chocolate, flowers, beer. Tell us the set point, whether you need continuous or cycle mode, and what pre-cool you require. Multi-stop reefer routes too.
Can you handle oversize, heavy haul, or specialized?
Yes. RGN, lowboy, double-drop, conestoga, multi-axle. We handle the permit work, pilot cars, route surveys, and night-move scheduling. Oversize loads need 3 to 5 business days for permits in most states.
Do you ship internationally?
Ocean freight (FCL and LCL) through the major US ports - Houston, LA/Long Beach, Savannah, NY/NJ. We book the steamship and the drayage on both ends. Air freight too when it has to fly. We do not handle customs brokerage in-house - we partner with licensed brokers for that.
What if my load is urgent and I need it picked up today?
Call. 214-444-3721 rings to dispatch. Tell us "hot load" and we move you to the front. Usually we have a sprinter or team driver rolling within 90 minutes for short-distance hot loads.
Do I need to use the quote form, or can I just call?
Either. The form helps if you have time and want it in writing. The phone is faster and you get someone who actually books loads, not a lead form going to a queue.
Why does your address say Dallas but registration says Rockwall?
Office is at 14400 Montfort Dr, Dallas TX 75254. Our public FMCSA registration is filed in Rockwall, Texas. Common for Texas brokerages - registration address and operating address don't always match. Both are real and both are us.
How long have you been doing this?
Since 2004. Twenty-two years out of Dallas. USDOT 3032151, MC-31050. Same office, same phone number, same approach.
What's your carrier network look like?
12,000+ vetted carriers in active rotation. We add good ones every week, drop the ones that flake. Insurance and authority verified through RMIS. We know which carriers run which lanes well.
I'm a carrier - how do I sign up to run loads?
Go to the carriers page or email operations@newrealmllc.com asking for the onboarding link. RMIS handles verification. Takes about 20 minutes if your paperwork is in order. Net-30 standard pay, quick-pay available.
What freight do you NOT handle?
Hazmat classes 1, 6, and 7. Live animals. Personal household goods. White-glove residential delivery. Auto transport (we know good people for that - happy to refer). If you call and we can't move it, we'll tell you straight.
