Agent program

Run your freight book on our authority. Keep more of what you earn.

New Realm Logistics is recruiting independent freight agents. We're a boutique-style Dallas brokerage with two decades of operating experience, an active FMCSA authority, a 12,000-carrier network, and the systems you need to book without friction. Bring your book or build one. We give you the back-office, the credit, the carriers, and the room to run your business your way.

Dallas based

Real people. Real support. Real splits.

Why agents choose New Realm

A boutique brokerage built around the people booking the freight.

We are not a bullpen. We are not a call center. You are not a number on a leaderboard. You run your book, we cover the back-office, and your customers get the service they were promised when you sold the load.

Better economics

Competitive commission splits.

Splits scale with your book and the support you use. We are transparent on the numbers from day one. No shifting tiers, no clawbacks for paid-on-time loads, no surprise deductions.

Real back-office

We carry the credit, billing, and collections.

Customer credit checks, invoicing, AR collections, factoring, and carrier pay all run through our team. You sell freight, we move the money. You get paid on a clean schedule.

Dispatch you can trust

Operations support when you need it.

After-hours coverage, problem-load escalation, and a dispatcher who answers when your driver hits a closed receiver at 9pm. Your reputation does not get held hostage to a queue.

Working systems

McLeod-grade TMS, RMIS carrier vetting, load-board access.

You get the tools real brokerages run on. Tracking, document management, carrier selection, rate-con generation, and accounting integration come standard. No software-as-a-service tax on your commission.

Your customers stay yours

No agent rotation. No reassignment.

The customers and carriers you bring in are yours. They stay yours. We do not poach your book, hand your account to a junior rep, or hide commission behind a "house" ledger.

Authority & insurance you can quote

Active FMCSA authority since 2004. $1M cargo coverage.

Quote with confidence. Our public FMCSA registration, A+ rating, and broker bond are clean and current. Customers verify it once and they are sold.

Who we're looking for

Experienced freight agents who would rather build their own book than be employee #842.

We work with agents who treat freight like a business, not a side hustle. If the bullet list below sounds like you, we should talk.

  • 2+ years of broker, agent, or 3PL freight experience.
  • An existing book of business, or a credible plan to build one within 6-12 months.
  • You sell van, reefer, flatbed, RGN, expedited, project, or specialized freight.
  • You answer your phone. You return calls. Your customers say you "actually communicate."
  • You want a partner that does not micromanage your day or skim your numbers.
  • You can pass a background and reference check (we run them).
What you'll get

The back-office, the systems, and the room to run your book.

  • Commission splits that scale with your gross. Disclosed before you sign.
  • Customer credit lines we underwrite so you can quote without waiting on approvals.
  • Invoicing & collections handled by our AR team. Factoring available if you want it.
  • RMIS carrier onboarding on our account. You search, you book, RMIS clears the carrier.
  • TMS access for load entry, tracking, document management, and rate-con generation.
  • Load board licenses on our account so you are not paying out of pocket.
  • Carrier-pay schedule handled by us with documented settlement terms and paperwork flow.
  • Dispatch escalation for problem loads, after-hours coverage, and emergency reroutes.
  • Marketing assets co-branded if you want them, or run as your own desk.

Why New Realm is different

Twenty-two years of clean operating, not a fresh-stamped MC running a sales playbook.

There are a lot of agent programs. Most of them are call-center brokerages dressed up in agent clothing. Here is what makes us different.

Operator-owned

Run by the people who book the freight.

Ownership is operating ownership. Decisions get made by people who answer dispatch calls, work claims, and have moved freight for two decades. You will deal with operators, not investors.

Boutique scale

Boutique by design. Big enough to scale, small enough to actually call you back.

You are not agent #200 to us. We grow on purpose, not by signing every applicant. That means you get attention when you need it and your customers do not get lost in a queue.

Honest math

Splits, fees, and policies are written down before you sign.

No "we'll figure it out later," no quietly changed splits after your first big month, no surprise deductions. The agreement is plain English. We honor it.

Carrier quality

12,000+ vetted carriers, not a load-board free-for-all.

Our network is curated. RMIS-cleared, repeat-runner, lane-specialist carriers we know by name. You quote with confidence the truck shows up.

Modern stack

Real TMS, real EDI, real tracking - not spreadsheets in 2026.

We invest in tools so you do not have to. Real-time tracking, EDI for your enterprise customers, document automation, and integrated accounting come standard.

Reputation

Public FMCSA record. Public reviews. Same number since 2004.

Verify us before you commit. We have not changed our name, our authority, or our phone number in two decades. That matters when your customer Googles us before they sign.

How the conversation goes

Three conversations to know if we fit.

  • 1. Intro call. Tell us about your book, your equipment mix, your customers, and how you like to work. We tell you our split structure and our back-office model. 30 minutes.
  • 2. Mutual diligence. We run background and reference checks. You verify our authority, talk to existing agents, and ask for the agreement in writing.
  • 3. Onboarding. We set you up in TMS, RMIS, load boards, and AR. You move your first load on our authority. We close out the month, you see the math, and we keep building.
Common questions

Agent program FAQs.

Do I need to relocate to Dallas?

No. Our agents are remote across the US. We're Dallas-based for ops and dispatch, but you can run your book from anywhere with a phone and laptop.

What is the commission split?

Splits are competitive and scale with your gross and the back-office services you use. We disclose specifics on the intro call so we are not pitching against a number that does not apply to you.

Do you take a piece of my customers if I leave?

Your book is your book. Our agreement spells out non-solicit and customer-of-record terms in plain English before you sign. We do not poach your customers.

Can I bring my carrier base?

Yes. Bring your carriers. We onboard them through RMIS on our account and you keep working with them. Carriers stay your relationship.

What about insurance, bond, and authority?

You operate under our active FMCSA authority, our broker bond, and our cargo coverage. You do not need your own. We carry the regulatory side so you can focus on selling and servicing freight.

Who handles invoicing and collections?

We do. Our AR team invoices customers, follows up, and pays carriers on schedule. You get a monthly settlement showing every load, gross, split, and your net. No black box.

What if I'm new to broker agency but have shipper relationships?

Talk to us. We have onboarded agents from carrier sales, 3PL ops, and shipper logistics. If you have legitimate customer relationships and the discipline to learn freight, we will work with you.
